The Building
Elevated Twins
The Hatimi Residences building comprises twin eight-storey towers nestled atop a three-storey Podium.
The Podium houses 6 units of 3 and 4 bedroom sea-facing duplex apartments all along its western side, The three floors of the square-shaped Podium also houses a total of 163 indoor parking spots.
The Podium Roof, designated as Floor One, is akin to an exclusive ground-floor for Hatimi’s residents, but one that is elevated three stories above the ground. It is where you will find most of the amenities offered at Hatimi, from the Koi Pond to the Health & Fitness facilities, Green House Cafe, the Infinity Pool and beyond. Also located on the Podium’s roof are the one-bedroom units, each with an attached Jacuzzi.
The two rectangular eight-storey towers – the southern Tower A and the northern Tower B – have nearly identical structures. They house one- and three-bedroom units between floors two and seven. On the eighth floor, we have the four-bedroom Penthouses, two on each tower. On the roof of both towers are the sea-facing sun decks and Jacuzzi.
